VirtueMart Menu different than J! menu
« on: April 12, 2010, 01:45:54 am »
Hi Buddies  :D,

I'm looking for a solution for 2 days... I have an issue: I installed the Quasar free template by Rocketthemes (very nice works) on Joomla 1.5.15 with Virtuemart 1.1.4

1)    I try to use the menu from virtuemart module (VirtueMart Product Categories - Module) but this one isn't nice, it's not the same design that a joomla menu :o !!!
And ofc, I would like have the same design.
Whats the matters ?

Here you could have an overview of this template: http://demo.rockettheme.com/?template=quasar

2°    Moreover, when I click on advanced search or to see my profile (via Virtuemart module) I arrive on a new page without any template ! -_-

Someone could help me to fix these issues ?

Love,

Agent

For your category menu:

A link to your site would be helpful to troubleshoot #2.

Hi Forrest !

And thank you for you response !

I have downloaded your Menu and installed it ! That seem to be a really nice work! And ofc, I tried it !

I read the 11 pages =D but didn't understood how apply the same menu style on your menu. I know it's something with the suffix but don't where I can found it...

About my troubleshoot #2, I resolved it. SEF trouble :(

Thank you !

As for your sfx, this should be noted on the site where you go the template. Since they are the designers of the template, they should have some info somewhere about the SFX to apply to your modules. It will be a module and/or menu class sfx. Please refer this question to your template developer!
