404 error with router.php
« on: April 01, 2010, 06:02:56 am »
router.php works fine until I click on CHECKOUT and get a 404 error.

Previously I uses sh404SEF, but I have disabled and cleared the cache. I didn't need to enable .htaccess as that caused an internal server error (and the htaccess.txt file suggested that we might be ok without it)

We have a certificate and were able to go to the https previously

Any suggestions please?

The situation has been resolved, thanks. The web host had .htaccess set up incorrectly
