Tax Rates by category

Hello!

I've imported a database of 2000 or so products using CSV improved, the one thing that would not import over is the VAT rates for the products.

Is there a way of designating VAT rates for categories rather than individual products? EG no VAT on Category _FRUIT

That would work well with the structure of the shop. If not, is there a plugin which allows you to do this?
