Quick Quotation Rather Than Shopping Cart Question

Hi All

I have just installed virtuemart for the first time, it looks like I great product.

My client does not want a full shopping cart, but wants me to recreate something similar to

http://www.onlinewindowquote.com/quoter_windows_2.php

Will I be able to do this using virtuemart?

I have looked but didn't seem to find a definitive answer. I'll have a good look and get back to you if I still don't have a solution.
