Changing the word "Category" to something else

Does anyone know where I would find the document where I can change the word "Category"  to something else.

Firebug pulls it up when I choose to "inspect element" but it does not show me the file path of where that text resides.

Also there is some other text saying "Would like to browse above"  that I would like to get rid of. Im assuming that is in the same file?
