UPS module not working

I set the debug to see why the ups module is not working. anyone know what this is. Not seeing anything come back for shipping? Only thing I have is white page with the shopping cart saying "Please select a shipping rate" with nothing else..
I tried to configure the ups module again but this time when I click on it it directs me to the administration virtue mart.

You are getting an error, but your error_reporting settings are too low.  turn your error settings up a notch in order to see the error.  you can try upping this in joomla, if that doesn't work, try your php.ini.

ok I did what you told me and this is what I got: I do get a white screen with a checkout that says" please select a shipping rate" but that all I get. I don't get rates from UPS. Any idea? I did add the access key that was provided to me from ups and added it in the UpS module. I also checked off Ups module. anything else am missing?

it looks like you turned on system debug mode, that's not what I was talking about. There is an error reporting setting..turn it up to the max.
