Virtuemart to manage my banners help me if you can

I need Extension to my site give the advertiser ability to upload the banner directly and edit it any time if he need during the time of the advertise

also give them the ability to purchasing the banner directly from the site according to my advertisement plan

I install Virtuemart 1.1.4 already so can make it benefit for this target ??
(I don't have products and hope to use Virtuemart to manage my banners)
