Free Shipping Unless Over Weight Limit

What I need is a way to make any amount over let's say $150 is FREE shipping... UNLESS its over 50 lbs in weight.

I've never seen a module that can do this.  Sounds like you need a customized solution.
I could, for example, add this feature to my UPSv2 module.  PM/email me for a quote.
