Fedex checklist

I got the fedex shipping module working. 

After back and forth with fedex here's some tips.  NOTE this is for a USA Fedex account. Not sure how it affects accounts set up in other countries.

1)  When you enter the Account number remove the dashes. Example, if this is the account number 4772-2622-6 change it to 477226226.

2)  The virtuemart store address must match exactly the address in the Fedex account.  (The name on the account is not checked during the process, so don't worry about the name or the company name "matching".0

3)  The phone number must match.  And there must be no dashes.  So if the phone number is 1-310-444-4444  changte it to 13104444444

4)  If you do all of the above then you do NOT need to enter a meter number in the meter number field.

Here is the link to the fedex server that workeed for me.  https://gateway.fedex.com/GatewayDC  (I was told by the fedex rep that that server is an old one and would be discontinued in 2012.

I followed all the instructions in the readme.txt file, but I cannot enable the module or disable the DHL module.  There are no options to do either.  Any thoughts?
