Module Product Categories - Joomla SEO Links not ID's

Hi Everyone,

I have been hunting around for a way to change the links on the Product Categories module (mod_virtuemart) to Joomla SEO links.

At the moment my product categories reflect the menu structure (shop by category) which can be seen on the site (www.puretree.co.uk)

If you hover over the product categories in the module you will see that the links are structured like this:

http://www.puretree.co.uk/shop/wood-finishes?page=shop.browse&category_id=95

But this goes to exactly the same page as this (this link is accessed through the main drop down menu):

http://www.puretree.co.uk/shop/wood-finishes

Is there a way to change the link structure?

I am using Virtuemart 1.1.4 & Joomla 1.5.15

1. search for router.php and use it... make sure you do your research on this file as there are a few issues that need to be fixed out of the box, but are noted and available here on the forum.
