Not really .. at least it doesn't seem to be.

That's what I have:
Code: [Select]
<div class="art-PostContent">

<div id="vmMainPage">

<br /><br /><h4>Kategorien</h4><table width="100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

That's what I want:
Code: [Select]
<div class="art-PostContent">

<div id="vmMainPage">

<h4>Kategorien</h4><table width="100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

The br doesn't seem to come from the browse_header_category.tpl.php

Or do I just not see it?

One of the "<br>" is in com_virtuemart\themes\default\templates\common\categoryChildlist.tpl.php

Same issue with <br mce_bogus="1"/> but when I check and edit  Admin->Store->Edit Store->Description with tinyMC disabled, everything is ok. Thank you all.
Simon, is the offending element coming from your "Store Description"?
Admin->Store->Edit Store->Description
Perhaps when you entered the Store Description TinyMCE was active?
