I've read all posts, still no ground shipping option with FedEx

Hey guys,

I have just recently upgraded to VM 1.1.4 and my client only uses the FedEx ground option, I know there is something that needs to be changed to allow the ground option to display in checkout but it is not showing up.

I have already read http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=49127.0 and the fix did not work for me. If I try to click next to pass the 'optionless' shipping screen it returns an error telling me to select an option.

Any help you guys can give would be great.
