Languige packs and mail delivery problem

Hello. I do not know where to post my question.
When i use English both Joomla 1.5.14 and MV 113 its OK! but when i activate rus lang. and for example use Call for pricing or other mail forms from VM no messages delivers to admin Customer receives confirmation message but admin not.

I tried all settings in Joomla PHPmail, sendmail SMTP with the same result.
Joomla login form works fine for example (customer receives and admin too)

my hoster is American webhostix.com  If Joomla Russian lang forms work fine so its VM scripts problem that they dont accept rus values correctly or may be some headers are incorrect?

I turned on debug and when i hit submit button  as a customer for call for pricing it replies me
"Something went wrong while sending the enquiry email to (my@admin.mail and cuslomer@mail.com
Confirmation message receives (cuslomer@mail.com) but no mess. receives to admin
I tried several admin mails and all from hoster
