That Paypal look and feel

Is there a way I can get that Paypal look and feel in my shopping cart the same way it looks like if you're checking out your shopping directly on Paypal? When I configure an html based form for paypal in the configuration bit in the Payment Method nothing appears.

Any help you can give me will be really appreciated.
