FedEx Queries

Hi all, I have the FedEx module working and have a couple of questions:

• I have selected all the FedEx Shipping options available within the module config, however, only 1 or 2 options show depending on delivery address.
• The rates seem VERY expensive - for instance an item costing NZ$13.00 and weighing 300grams costs NZ$83.00 to send to Melbourne, Australia and NZ$120.00+ - NZ$200.00+ to the US and the UK - does this sound right?

I would appreciate any feedback.
