Add a phrase to a language? *solved*
« on: December 12, 2008, 13:50:54 pm »
Hi there,
in 'com_virtuemart\languages\common\german.php' I changed the entry 'PHPSHOP_CART_ADD_TO' and this works fine.

In my theme I edit the 'templates\product_details\include\addtocart_form.tpl.php'. (Well I write dynamically the text into the button itself by manipulating the .gif serverside)
But I need another text more (in different languages, so I cannot hartcode this).

I want to add another text-phrase into the same languagefile and read the text with
$button_lbl = $VM_LANG->_('PHPSHOP_CART_MYWHOLESALER');
out of the file. But the $button_lbl keeps empty.

So: how to add another individual phrase into the language-file and read this out?

Thanks!

Did nobody add a new line into the language file?

I cannot believe it. ;-)

My problem is still:
Changing a line (phrase) in the language-file works,
Adding a new line (a new phrase) does not seem to work.
I there any hint available?

Thanks!
