Please review "Add To Cart" Button Error & "Checkout" Link Problem

... Trying again posted on wrong topic before

Hey guys I saw an original post about this topic that linked to a solution. But I tried the solution posted by soeren_nb (to replace lines in Theme.js & virtuemart_parser.php) with no luck, it seems as though mootools is not loading correctly in my site.... Although I checked and it should be loadingm it's driving me insane  Huh

I get this message in firebug:

(new Element("div")).setProperty is not a function

And nothing happens, help!
