Enquiry Basket Nearly Complete
« on: September 25, 2008, 22:52:29 pm »
Heya...

Seems to be many posts regarding an enquiry basket.
Just so those that are searching for an answer know this is the post where your gonna find your answers...

*crosses fingers*

So far I have managed to bypass the payment facilities using a few mods and tweeks.
I have edited the cart pages to remove any pricing details.

I have edited all the language files.

I have also setup new templates for the "Enquiry Comfirmation E-mail"

I will publish all my files and mods in this post when I have finally completed the task (which I have been working on for days!)

Please note these modifications will totally remove payment options from your site and turn it into an enquiry only system.

However...  I've hit a bit of a wall as my php skills are somewhat lacking.
If I could possibly get a bit of help removing the pricing details from the attached file I would be most appreciative.

kinda...   this was like 4 years ago!

Since then I have built a totally bespoke quote system that converts virtuemart "enquiries" into multi option quotes.
