a new language, where i must submit it?
« on: September 23, 2008, 18:21:11 pm »
Hi everybody!!

First, sorry for my poor english, i'm writting from Spain, Galicia[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galicia_(Spain) ] and I must improve my english.

The last week I HAD WRITTEN, using VirtueMart Language Manager in Joomla 1.5.6 (legacy mode) with Joomfish 2.0 RC installed, ALL VIRTUEMART SENTENCES/WORDS/AND_SO_ON in Galician Language[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galician_language ] (less used than Catalan Language but it is an oficial language in Spain too).

This week I'll do a review of the Spanish version (if my girlfriend doesn't kill me...), anybody knows the mail of the official spanish translator? Two persons are doing the same job... really silly.

The galician language for VirtueMart 1.1.2 is the the attach, but where i must login for do it in an official way? How can I put it in the official Language Pack?

And, once again, Joomfish and VirtueMart don't work properly together. The spanish version works ok but if I do a click in the galician flag:

The VirtueMart front-end takes the english version, only the common Joomla modules takes galician languages. The back-end, by the way, is in galician language how We desire, any explanation?

A homemade solution, copy-and-rename the "galician.php" to "english.php" in the "common" folder. Because, if I delete the "english.php" file the words simply don't appear in the front-end. The "galician.php" file is ignored.

I repeat the VirtueMart Back-End is correct in Galician language.

CU and Great Job
