Customer mailing bugs

[Fable]

With virtuemart mailing system all mails look fubar. Multipart messages are bugged as hell. When I removed the multipart and made it plain html it worked perfectly.

Another bug is that order status messages doesn't check the user account for e-mail. I tested with trying to change the email of a customer and updating order status. The order e-mail was sent to the old address.
