Bugs in shop.parameter_search_form

I have attached an updated version of this program because of the number of errors.
The following changes have been made:
lines 44, 354, 386 - correct termination of a tag
lines 162, 299 - correct syntax for 'multiple="multiple"'
lines 100-101, 122-127, 136-138, 148-149, 169, 176, 233-234, 256-261, 271-273, 287-288, 306, 313, 372-377 - correct syntax for 'selected="selected"'
