More than one category ID on menu object

I'm trying to set up a menu that will show several subcategories of my product categories. I have my produkt categories set up like: Manufacturer->Type->Ladies/Gents and I would now like to set up a menu that shows for example Ladies clothes from several different manufacturers (a product category, not VM manufacturers).

I've created a menu, added a menu item linked to VM component and I can here choose to let it show a specific category when clicked. But can I add several IDs in this field? How do I separate them?

Hope someone understands what I mean.
