Confirmation email Subtotal and prices Ex Vat

In the confirmation email the product is named with the incl VAT price and the subtotal is incl VAT also.
This is what it looks like:

SubTotal : €70,00 (this is incl. VAT)
Shipping : €12,00
VAT 19% : €11,18
Total: €82,00

As far as I know this is not allowed in the netherlands it should be

The product excl Vat

SubTotal : €58,82 (this is the  ex VAT)
Shipping : €12,00
VAT 19% : €11,18
Totaal: €82,00

I know I can turn off te VAT but in the end the Vat should be on the confirmation.
I did find a INC adn EX Vat Hack but i believe that is of an older VM version.

Does anyone know how I can change this?
