Error on checkout

Version 1.1.0 VM and 1.5 Joomla

when I check out I get a pop up window saying the following

Buymybikes.com has sent an incorrect or unexpected message: Error -12263

I have never seen this happen so I am completely in the dark, again this happens on checkout.  Any advice is much appreciated.
