maximum word count at reviews

Hi, I get a wrong message when using more then 2,000 chars in a review.
Error message is always the PHPSHOP_REVIEW_ERR_COMMENT1 and it tells me, that I need a minimum amount of 2,000 chars in my review (if I have below 100 chars it says I need at least 100).
If I have betwenn 100 and 2,000 all is working well.

So, wrong message for maximum use.

PS: The date is still of reviews is still english on, would be nice if you could use strftime and locales (set in admin area?)
