Verisign PayFlow Pro error configuring

When I click on "Verisign PayFlow Pro" in  Payment Method List, I get the following error.

I'm having a problem that might be related.

Verisign PayFlow Pro was activated as a default on my fresh download/install of VirtueMart.

I get the same messages and can't make the payment method inactive.
