Module Placement

Hello everyone!

Right now, I am trying to place the VM login module on the top right of my site.  When I set the placement to 'top' it goes to the top right next to the logo.  Is there any way to right justify it?  I also want the search field to be on the top right, to the left of the login module.

I am using Joomla 1.5.3 with VM 1.1.0 (both latest) with the default Joomla template.

Also, is there an easy way to do this for any of the modules so I can place them on the page where I want.

Ensure you have a user position in your Joomla template in the place you want the module to appear and assign the module to that position (and the same applies to any module). If you  need help with Joomla template structure see http://docs.joomla.org/Tutorial:Understanding_Joomla%21_templates

You can change the VirtueMart module layout by editing mod_virtuemart.php - which is in /modules/mod_virtuemart/

Thanks for your help.. I will look through that link you provided and try to understand it.

Another thing I was wondering was how to change the module looks.  For example, I want to move the 'Login' button from under the password field to the right of the password field, etc.  What is an easy way to do this?

Well, I looked at that page, but I still need some help.

I was able to modify the module itself to suit my needs, but I want to move it from next to the logo to the extreme right...

OK, in your Joomla template make a user position there  - or set the existing one to float:right in the template CSS. These are Joomla issues, not VirtueMart problems.
