When new user registered, no shipping appearss

Hello. Ive been seraching thw answer to my problem on the forum with no luck.

Ok, when i create a new user using joomla's administration ( nos virtuemart's adminstration ) the user can select the shipping option correctly during the checkout process.

When I create an user using the normal virtuemart's registration or using the virtuemart's adminstrator, the customer log in using that new account can not select any shipping method and the checkout process can not continue.

I dont know what happens but i have no luck with it. Anybody knows how to fix it?

See attached image: On the top admin account buying, on the bottom, a new account created normally buying. On the right there is not shipping selection possible

I would recommend you to check ZIP fields....

If you don't use those fields just try to fill with 0 at min and 99999 to max.

It works for me...
