Somehow I thought that this page (List Modules) would help me eliminate the portions of the store that I didn't need for my download store (shipping, tax, etc.)  However, I managed to break it altogether, and now my store doesn't work.

Can someone please tell me the correct (or default) settings for the module permissions?
