Sorry to hear that. The hack - as the name says - is just a hack, comes withouth any  guarantees, and needs a given level of knowledge, to be used.
All I can eventually do is to set it up for you myself, to see what traps you are falling in and to help you avoid them.  should not be that hard, there are more, than 5.000 downloads from my site alone, and as you can see, there are not that many complaint or help requests out there... the hack if properly set up, generally works out of the box.
