Configuration of displaying price and tax
« on: April 26, 2008, 11:14:43 am »
Hi, I used before, Joomla 1,0,15 with VM 1.0.15.
I hade problem with the tax diplaying in the cart.

I now uppdated the VM to 1.1, but still have the same problem.

I am using multiple tax rates, and have checked the box:
Show "(including XX% tax)" when applicable?

I dont know what I am missing, in the shop, the prices are showing without any tax.
In the Cart, the prices are showing without any tax.
In Checkout first screen (Shipping Address) the prices are showing without any tax.
In the Checkout second screen (Payment Method)like in the attached picture

What am I missing?

Peter

Your quickest way to update the tax for each product (if you have lots of items) is to use CSV improved.

You can download a csv file then update each products tax field to the correct id of the tax you are wanting for that item. The tax id's you need can be found from the backend of virtuemart on the List Tax menu item.

Alternatively and maybe much slower, open each item, change the tax to the one you want and re-save it.

Hope this helps.
