Changed url after upgrade

I have Joomla 1.0.15 and VM 1.0.15, after upgrading with the manual installation file, the url changed like this when i click to see the product categories

http://www.site.com/sitecomponent/page,shop.browse/category_id,14/option,com_virtuemart/Itemid,1/

Turn off SEF to see the correct url.
