HOW DO I REPORT A BUG!!!!!

I posted a new topic to the Installation Forum, but this apparently is the WRONG place.  I am experiencing a BUG!!!  Not just a little bug, a MAJOR FATAL ERROR after installing and enabling the VirtueMart components.

I went to the Developer Portal, and I registered, and attempted to create a new topic there to report this as a BUG!!!  But I was informed "you are not authorized".

How and where are those of us installing VirtueMart who are experiencing this type of extreme error to report them?  And to get resolution?

The only thing working right now is the admin interface.  VirtueMart has BROKEN the entire front-end site!!!

HELP!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!  I'M DESPERATE!!!
