need help for notify.php

Im trying to configure the paypal method. I found the notify.php but dont know where and what to change exactly there. Please could you help me to tell in which line I´ve to change things and what exactly I have to write.
Im having a german shop, VM 1.1.2 and joomla 1.5.7

The notify.php file should not need further configuration. You want to go to your VM administration - Store - List Payment Methods - and set up your PayPal configuration there. All you really need to do is put in the top configuration - your PayPal payment email, and which options you want. The PayPal module will figure out which country based on the buyer's billing address so you don't need to tell it specifically Germany.
