Update: Found old code from a forum that linked to the UK. I thoroughly examined the code. I found most of it can be modified and placed in basket.php No need for globals in this case because I will not ever really need to change the figures. This can be done with simple variables! I have seen this in many broken and/ or never replied to posts. I am using the newest version of VM so all of the old mods have not worked properly. I need a global cart mod that allows me to give a 25 percent discount if a customer has $300 or more in his or her shopping cart.
Needs to:
Not affect shipping...
Be compliant with tax if added...
Properly place itself in the database...
Can anyone help?
Remember 25% off if a user buys more than $300 or more of a product
