More than 1 size of thumbnail?

Does/will 1.1 allow more than one size of thumbnail? We would like to have a very BIG actual size pic, a fairly large thumbnail for the product page, and a smaller one for the browse pages, vm modules etc.

I've found the hack for 1.0 but am hoping 1.1 will support it natively.

I posted this same question before, if you find the fix for this please post it here, I would love to be able to do this.

I suppose you can achieve this with the JCE FileManager plugin (costs a few dollars now). Some time ago I tested it with a Joomla 1.0.x version. I had set the thumbnal size to 175px width, the normal product detail image to 384px and placed a button in the product description that opened a PDF file holding a 768px image.
