Hi, this is probably something I overlooked or perform in an unorthodox manner.

Environment:

Ubuntu 7.10, Joomla! 1.5.2 (w legacy on & no SEF), VM 1.1.0 RC 3
All versions are on latest/correct level.

Problem:
I can't get the Additional image to show up in the Product page. Everything looks good in Backend all pictures shows up there and are visible, and the original Product image and its thumbnail works fine in the Frontend..

Reading the Forum I see indications that this sometimes does not work properly, but most users seems to have solved it somehow in earlier versions, without posting any solution though...

What am I doing wrong? Need to use a specific Flypage? Must use Lightbox or what?

Yes, I read that forumposting... and I tested it. No luck I'm afraid.

As earlier mentioned; everything works and there are no errors or glitches. The additional images are all sitting nicely in the list in the backend and I can browse them there as well.

But they never show uo in Frontend.

I will install 1.1.0 Stable in just a moment and test this again.

I did a test Joomla 1.5.3 and VirtueMart 1.1.0 additional images works, now to find why is not working for you. Do you have mod_security enabled? what is your server info? Try CHMODing 'show_image_in_imgtag.php' to 777, 755 or 644

You are correct! It does work.

My particular problem was that the WYSIWYG editor default size hid the Flypage selection button at the bottom of the category page in Admin.
(Making changes of Flypage difficult, to say the least...)  ;)

A couple of things to think about though:

1. Nowhere I've found a selection of images showing what layout is expected to see when
choosing the different Flypages. It would aid if these maybe were included in the manual?
(Also I think it's a good sales-pitch showing of what type of styles already are
       included in the standard package.)

2. Nowhere I've found any info that states that 'flypage_images.tpl' is a prereq for using
additional images. Maybe also a good line to drop into the manual?
