Global tab - Text fields not accepting enter to jump lines.

Description:
I'm not sure if it would be considered as a bug, if not, I'm sorry, but in the VM Administration/Configuration at Global tab we have the memo fiels "Offline Message" and "Legal information text (short version)" which are not respecting when we jump lines (enter or shift+enter). The text on the front-end shows all together without jumping any line. It also doesn't accept HTML code to jum lines.

VirtueMart Version:
VirtueMart version 1.1.3.

Joomla/Mambo Version:
Joomla version 1.5.10.

Steps to replicate:
Just type any text in these input fields and type enter to jump the line, hit apply and see in the front-end that it didn't jump any line.
