Marquee and accessibility

Hello again,

Still testing accessibility, one important think who unvalidate WAI AA is the use of marquee in "products scroller", my question is :

Don't you think that it can be possible to use a mootool effect in replacement of marquee.

Something like fading or else.


Again about my last post, how to access to "New, provide your billing....", in fact, it can be accessed if you use "down arrow"  when you are on the first choice "registred user....", ok it can be use but it's not really a clean way, the normal way will be to use "tab key".
But whith explanations on the site it can work like this.
