Problem Deleting a Product Type from a Product

I found a problem today, deleting a Product Type from a Product.

The problem can be reproduced as follows:
1 Create a Product record and link several Product Types
2 Edit the Product which opens a modal window with a set of tabs containing the product details. Each of the linked Product Types has its own tab.
3 Select a  Product Type by clicking the tab
4 Delete the Product Type by clicking the 'Remove' icon on the tab
5 When the modal window is refrehed, only the deleted Product Type is shown as a tab. The undeleted Product Types are not shown
6 When the window is closed and re-opened, the correct Product Types are shown, demonstrating that the problem is with the refreshing of the modal window rather than the actual record deletion.
