Add Categories Minor Glitch

Description:
When Newly Added Categories will duplicate the added category AFTER you click to add or edit another one.

VirtueMart Version: 1.1 RC3 (downloaded today)

Joomla/Mambo Version: Joomla 1.5.1

Steps to replicate:
Add Category
Set Show X Products per row to anything or leave blank
Set browse page to anything or managed
Save
Display list will look fine.
Click to edit a cateogry or add another new one
Now the one you just added appears twice

For VirtueMart 1.1 please indicate if occurs in Simple Layout view or Extended Layout view
Actually I can't get extended to work at all. first it doesn't look any differnt than simple except when I go to add new cateogory I no longer have save apply buttons at top—just publish, unpublish, so I can't even use Extended to add categories
