regarding the currency rate

hi i jus ttested the 1.1 nightly build version i wanted to ask ..... is the currency rate for all country 1 is auto update from somewhere else?
or we can change currency rate too ? cos i can't found out where to change the currency rate ... ~ hope some 1 will aswer me thank you for the helps

The currency rate is taken "live" from the European Central Bank as XML - http://www.ecb.int/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml
