2Checkout problem STILL

There have been several posts about this topic and as of yet I have not managed to locate an answer to it.

The problem is the cart id being passed and not the product information to 2checkout.

Has anyone managed to find the cure for this or if not is anyone working on resolving the problem?

Sorry to sound off but I have been making osts and trying to find the answer for months now.
