Linking to another help page..?

Hi, how can I change the VM menu bar link in the HELP section.  I want it to link to a page I am preparing for not so bright end users.
Currently the help->topics link will link outside my site to an English VM page.

Anyone an idea where too look?

Find it in the file "administrator/components/com_virtuemart/header.php".
