Ok... am I missing something?

Everytime I go to download the VirtueMart 1.0.7 COMPLETE PACKAGE, it takes me back to the VirtueMart download page with the following meassage at the top of the content area:

"Notice:The document is being edited/updated by an user and is unavailable at this moment."

I've been trying to download this for a while. Do I wait longer or is there some other issue here?
