Using Joomla! 3.10.11 -  VirtueMart 3.8.9 10473 php 7.4.33

I think our Host has upgraded our MySQL version to 8.0.33-25 since yesterday because today we have the error:
1525 INCORRECT DATETIME VALUE: ''
when we login to administration and to our Virtuemart shop.

Any hint what to do..
