Cart module is hidden till Cart menu clicks or product is added

Hello,

I have a problem seeing the empty cart module in the position. The module is published on all sites.
Module appears once I click on the Cart in the menu or add some products to the cart.
Is there a way to have it visible in an empty state? Is there something I missed?

I had the same problem but it is gone now I think after updating to VirtueMart 4.0.18 which should be released soon
