Cart SEF issue

I installed Joomla 3.10.11 and VM 4.0.14 10805. Made a menu item on the cart and enabled SEF for cart links. The link looks like this: http://demosite.com/shoppingcart

If I add at least one item to the menu for any category of goods, then the address of the link to the cart changes to this: http://demosite.com/component/virtuemart/cart?Itemid=0

Itemid=0 may vary depending on the category

What is the reason?

The ?Itemid=0 URL issue is fixed in the current VM4.0.16.10814 version I am testing.
