"Enquire about this product" feature

My client has VM4 installed, and uses the "Enquire about this product" button that pops up a modal enquiry form. As far as I can tell this is a part of VirtueMart and not an add-on. However, I can't find reference to it in the VM configuration. I would like to review its options and tweak the styling. Where can I find access to this feature?
