Translation menu in admin [VM 4.06]

I noticed there is some problem with the main menu in the admin panel.
When I am in a different place than the Virtuemart component, I have an incomplete translation of the menu of that component.

When I view the Virtuemart website, the menu works fine.

PS. This site's page does not force browsers to update the SSL certificate. Every now and then I am forced to manually clean my browser of old certificates.
